For the public: “Lose the Wait ”
This fun, interactive 2-hour seminar is intended for the beginner and teaches:

The science behind safe, effective exercise (30 minutes). To improve your health, it really helps to understand the scientific principles behind an effective program. You’ll see fascinating computer-animated anatomy examples that show how your muscles and joints actually work during movement.

How to safely and effectively perform 5 resistance training exercises (1 hour). You will receive personalized instruction on all exercises, so please wear comfortable clothing that is easy to move in!

How to develop your own effective eating plan (30 minutes). Exercise must be supported by a sound eating plan, so you’ll learn how to put together your own based on the latest nutrition research and scientific principles.
